This is my cable company. They are awesome. I called the other day and asked a question because the way I pay my bills is I usually round up to the nearest dollar. I kept doing that but my bills the next month would still be bigger than the last month. Well I finally gave up and called them on it. I was surprised to find out that they wanted to help me out and she gave me a better deal. My bill had been in the $90 range and she got it down to in the $50 range. She offered me my online service at $14.95 a month and it is highspeed and then cable at $39.95. This deal is good for a year she said! So I called my mom and had her switch as well! Thanks for being so helpful!

Bright House is a local cable company here in Florida. The area here in Bradenton is not the best. The commercials guarantee us FAST, FRIENDLY service with a SMILE. We have received nothing but. We are also told it will be the same day service to get things fixed. Well then call up to get help and they give you an appointment that is two weeks away. The internet freezes all the time, cable goes out and the phone won't let you walk around the house. If these are qualities you want then i would suggest to sign up for Bright House. Every time we call they tell us the cable, phone and internet are not working because there is a low signal in our area. We do not have satellite everything is run through the cable line. We have had many people come out to out place and each time no one has found anything to be the problem. Which i find funny because the person on the phone told us something differently. As for the friendly faces, each person that has come over has told us how they hate their job and would rather work somewhere else. I don't know if i give off that about me to just spill your guts, but that is something a customer is not wanting to hear when you're comming to fix a problem in their house. To me two weeks wait is not the same day service and work with a smile is not telling me you hate it!
