After looking around at many dealerships for my new Volkswagen I found the best deal at Bob Boast. I found the sales person friendly but not pushy and the service department was always really helpful. The price I paid for my vehicle was also much lower then other dealers that i shopped at in the area. I would purchase another new car from this dealership in the future.

Transmission stopped shifting gears in my Chrysler van. I limped in to Bob Boast Dodge Service department about 8:30 a.m. in low gear. (No appointment.) Four hours later they had it fixed and at a reasonable price. Gotta love it.

The Blue Dolphin car wash is the best car wash I have ever been to. It is really clean and they work very hard to make your car shine. They do a good job of vacuming, washing and drying your car plus you an watch it all in the airconditioned inside area where the cashier is located. Good value for the price.

I tend to shop here when I have a lot of groceries to buy. I find that it is a lot cheaper. I know a lot of people have boycotted these stores because of various reasons but I still think that for my money this is a great place to shop. I can buy store brand items here and save a lot of money. I am a single mom and this is the grocery store for me when I need a lot of things. I just try not to go on the weekends as it is really packed. I go usually after school on Friday. It seems like a lot of people are not there.

I took my car here as my transmission was making funny noises. I am not married so I dont have a guy I can trust. Well that is all changed now. I took my car here and it took 5 minutes for them to tell me what was wrong and fix it. They told me since it did not take that long they would only charge me for the part. So what could have cost me over a hundred dollars at the dealership they only charged me fifty dollars. You can trust them to work on your car and be honest. I will return!!

A big atta boy to the sales staff and finance dept. Bob Grohe was the best. he went out of his way to see to it that we got the car we wanted. And Steve in the finance dept. did a great job getting the payments where they needed to be. I have already recommended you guy's to a few of my friends. thanks for changing my opinion of car salesmen. You guy's are the best.

I have had my ford into this dealer for warranty work on several occasions and I have not been disappointed yet.
They make appointments and each time they have delivered as promised when I picked my car up. I have also called on the way and they were able to help me out even when I didn't have an appointment.
They take care of all the paperwork and send me regular notices of regular maintanence and any recal linformation.
I did not buy my ford at this dealership but get service as if I did.
The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The waiting room is ok.

They have a wide range of new and used vehicles on the lot. They also boost great big showrooms, and nice clean bathrooms. The only problem that I noticed was that while walking around the used car lot we were approached and told the salesman we were researching because we wanted to buy in about two months. We were promptly dismissed and told to return when we were ready, because none of the vehicles he could show us would still be available when we finally had our money together. Needless, to say we won't be going back there when we buy our vehicle.

I signed the purchase/financing papers for a used car three weeks ago. Despite repeated phone calls to the salesman and the finance department, I have yet to be informed if the financing has been arranged and that the car I drove off the lot that evening is mine. Twelve messages totally ignored. The paycheck stub that I faxed the day following the purchase failed to reach the person for whom it was intended despite his name and the deal number being on the cover sheet; I have confirmation that the fax was received. So, my paycheck stub bearing my social security number and both my checking and savings account numbers along with my address and, obviously, my annual income is just floating around a used car lot somewhere. Additionally, while speaking with the salesman he sneeringly informed me of the full name and poor credit score of a previous customer (and her father). If you value customer service and discretion then I would strongly recommend avoiding Gettel Automotive. I will certainly never do business with them again.
