As written in my other review of OTB, I love this restraunt. However my last visit there was not good. The server was extremely slow! It took forever for him to do anything! He did not refill our chip bowl, salsa or drinks without us having to ask first, and when we wanted to ask him to refill it, it was 10 minutes before we saw him! Then he brought out the wrong order. I ordered combo fajitas with cheese, and he brough chicken fajitas with gucamole. I would have sent them back but by this point we were in such a hurry (we only had an hour and fifteen minutes to eat, which should have been more than enough time!). The food was still wonderful, but the service needed some help.

The other day I went to OTB for lunch with my family. The server was not very good. We sat for about 5-10 minutes before he even came to ask what we wanted to drink. He brought one thing of chips, and one thing of salsa. When we had finished that, he never offered us more, and when we asked for more, it was 5-10 minutes before he brought it! When we placed our order, I ordered combination fajitas with all rice. 30 minutes later the manager brings out our order (we hadn't seen the server in a while) and I have all chicken fajitas with beans, and very little rice. The waiter finally comes to take another family's order and doesn't even check on us. We were all out of drinks and very thirsty. Over all, he was very slow. I was very unhappy with the service

On the Border has become my favorite place to eat out. The food is fabulous, and the service is great too. I highly recommend the Chicken fajitas and Shirley temple. It comes with enough meat to share, and still have extra to bring home as leftovers. Or if you would like, you can order extra meat (tons of extra meat) for a decent price.
