Eating at Ras Kassa's is always an adventure. You eat with your hands, but the food is extremely good. I have taken lots of friends here for the uniqueness of tasty Ethiopian food. Service is usually very slow.

Last time I visited I was super disappointed. As usual the food was good. However, I waited at my table with no service for 20 minutes. I had to ask someone to help us. Later, I was informed that they had run out of food and injera (the bread used to eat). Question...how was I supposed to eat the food without the bread since you don't get any utensils?? Anyways, they had run out of one of the meat dishes, so they substituted the meat with veggies and charged me full price. I never received any more water and the waitress offered to comp an appetizer that she had offered for free. :(
