Top notch professional with great experience and taste. On budget, on time. They are more expensive than the box stores, and they look it, but Jock will work with you to save where appropriate. Gifted designer who stands behind his work. His installers give him (and you) a discount because his work goes together the way its supposed to.
Pros: honest, on time, good designs, high quality manufacturing
Cons: not the cheapest

I've always had great results whenever I used their services. They're not only personable but professional and reasonably priced. Trust me it's so much easier to always deal with the same people, who have already shopped around and found reliable vendors, than to run around on a wild goose chase and waste my time, only to get unsatisfactory service that isn't garunteed.
Pros: availablility, trustworthy, customer service all around.
