I think this is called something else now, as "Wileywood" sold the nursery to one of his employees. Anyway - it's a great little nursery - on the small side, but they manage to have a great selelction of plants as well as a fabulous gift shop. An added bonus - there is a little post office located inside and it's never busy. An excellent place to mail Christmas packages without waiting an hour in line!

This guy is great with the old family furniture--he comes to check what you need done, gives you estimates, and if you're prepared, he'll cart it off. He's busy, so be prepared for the work to take a while--but it's worth it. He repairs dresser drawers, backs, wood splits, etc. with interest, pride, and great care. I highly recommend.

Toys that Teach is a great little shop that is located within the Country Village shopping area in Bothell. The shop carries a nice selection of high quality children's toys. They stock a large selection of the Playmobile line, as well as the Brio line. They have many other educational toys that are not of cheap quality. Children are allowed to come into the store and play with toys that have specially been set up for them.

Near the Safeway at Murphy's Corner is one fun toy shop without all the commercialism of a national chain toy shop.
They stock many fun toys like Thomas the Tank Engine. Ask them about their snoring cats and cows. They are so funny!
The staff is helpful especially with an aunt who is just not sure what she should buy for the younger generation, AND THEY GIFTWRAP!!!!

This is a great country gift store that is one of my favorite places to shop. They have so much cute stuff! Their prices are pretty good too. They always have the latest holiday decorations for sale too. Kind of small space, so a little hard with a stroller, but so fun to go and look. I always stop by when I'm in the neighborhood.

The Weed Patch is a great little shop that is located within the Country Village shopping area in Bothell. The "flavor" of the shop is definitely Folk America/Country. You can find a wide variety of gift ideas within the shop. There are candles, calendars, art, books, cards, knick-nacks, and several decorative items for your home.
The staff in the shop are very friendly and willing to help you find that perfect gift.

I'd never had a professional massage before and recieved this one as a Christmas gift, and I must say, it really set the bar. I really loved the slippers and foot soak while I filled out paperwork. I was able to choose which areas I wanted massaged, and figured since I was there, I might as well do the whole shebang and get a full body massage. Mandi, who gave me the massage, was so friendly and I felt very comfortable with her. And the whole place just oozed Zen, from the colors on the walls, to the decorations, to the water fixture and music... I would definitely go back.
Pros: Beautifully decorated, very relaxing feel, comfy slippers
Cons: You eventually have to leave.

The gift comes so elegantly wrapped with more amazing food than I have ever seen in one place! Tons of gourmet chocolates, crackers, salmon, cookies and coffee. We have boarded our dogs at Tails A Waggin' for many times, several years now. They have consistently left us worry-free to travel for business or pleasure. Our pups are not fearful going in and happy when we pick them up. This is not a fancy place, but the staff is always friendly, caring and I trust them...ultimately the most important measure.
