We've been using Sun Cleaners since we moved to Bothell 5+ years ago. Very reliable and friendly service - Heidi usually works the counter and always greets you with a smile. If you need a dry cleaning service in Bothell, don't pass on Heidi and Sun Cleaners.

We have taken our dry cleaning/ alterations for the past 5 years to Sun Cleaners with great satisfaction. Since the previous owners (Heidi) sold the business to the current owners, quality and especially service has drastically declined. My wife had a pair of jeans altered, and they appeared too long after the alteration. We took the pair of pants back to have them corrected and they wanted to charge us an additional fee to fix their mistake. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. We will never take any garments to Sun Cleaners in the future.

We have taken our dry cleaning/ alterations for the past 5 years to Sun Cleaners with great satisfaction. Since the previous owners (Heidi) sold the business to the current owners, quality and especially service has drastically declined.
