I really love Chet's service. First of all, he seems to use less water than other carpet cleaners, so the carpets hold up better. I have been using him for several years, and recommend him highly. Chet is accomodating, personal, a great worker, and above all, trustworthy. There ave been times when I have him come the morning we are leaving on a vacation,and he locks up when he is done! I highly recommend his service! You will too!

We used Chet for several years and were completely happy with his in-home service. In February, 2006, I let him take an antique oriental rug (9'X12') to clean and return. He cleaned it and returned it, but had used an assistant who had wrapped the rug wet before he sealed it in plastic. Chet came back about a month later and took the carpet, indicating he would return it within the week. We have not seen it. It is now November., 2006. I have called repeatedly to find out the status of the carpet, when I can expect it to be returned, and have even offered to come pick it up. Obviously, if it is destroyed, I need the rug to make an insurance claim. I have had no response and no return calls from the business voicemail. I am sorry to report that this experience means that I can never recommend his service.

And the best thing is that he's reliable. You can call him on his cell phone and he'll tell you what job he is on and what is doing. The carpet cleaning is thorough. Probably a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The nice thing is that you can just say the carpets up the stairs are dirty and he'll just do those. None of this, we'll do a room and then rip you off. With all the kids traipsing through, it is great to have someone who can take care of it and make it look nice at least for a while. He doesn't use any yucky chemicals or things which is nice!
