If you're looking for a good, thorough eye exam, Mill Creek Family Eye Center is the best. Dr. Davis was very persistent and patient helping me getting a contact lens prescription that worked for me. I haven't been able to wear them in the past. He has also treated me for an eye infection and spent a lot of time making sure everything was checked and took the time to explain everything to me. The other staff was also pleasant to deal with. I definitely will be back. Pros: Very thorough Cons: None that I saw

When I arrived for my appointment I was told by the person at the front desk that the contact lens person was running late and they could not tell me exactly when she would be in. She was apologetic, and gave me the option of waiting or re-scheduling. Since it was no easy feat for me to get the time off work to get there in the first place, I elected to stay. When the tech finally arrived it was with an attitude that made me feel like I was an interruption in her day. She constantly kept telling me that she didn't have time for this or that.I felt like I was being snapped at when I asked any questions, and I could not get out of there fast enough. My previous experience with this clinic has been very good, espically with the doctor and the rest of the staff. If this was my first experience there, I would not be back.

I agree with the previous review, I have been coming here for 6 years and found them to have nothing but the best service of any eyecare professional I have been to. The Dr.'s are top notch, with really cool equipment to dagnose different diseases other offices I've been to don't have. The eyeglass people have the most courteous and knowledgable service I've come across, they care about my needs and are a wealth of information to help me with what I need. First review couldn't be more off base!

As a repeat patient to this clinic I must say that I do not share the unfavorable opinion that the last person expressed. Over the years that I have entrusted my eye care to this clinic, I have received nothing but outstanding service. Everyone from the friendly person at the reception desk, the doctors and their staff, right through to the opticians have been nothing but professional and helpful. When I was having some problems with my vision, the doctor was determined to find the problem and worked with me until there was resolution. I felt that everyone there cared about my well being. As for my family and I, we will be back!
