My experience at Lala Rokh was exceptional. I went with my husband to celebrate our first anniversary. We were going for the weekend to Boston and it was hard to decide were to go for a special dinner. The idea of Persian food on Beacon Hill sounded very good to me and it was really more that we both expected. To start the atmosphere was very "tranquil" and sober, and at the same time romantic and relaxed. Service was excellent too. They were very efficient, gave us good descriptions about the food and advice in what to order. The food was very different, tasty and aromatic, a whole new experience for the palate. I recommend it a 100% and will be taking friends and going back because I defintely want to try their whole menu. Can't go without trying the "Fezenjen".
Pros: Good location, nice athmosfere, great service, delicious food
Cons: Being a small place I think is best to make reservations to avoid waiting

My husband and I live in the Fenway but we never go to this place because it always looks so crowded! We had tickets to the game and decided to try to get an outside table by going a little early. It worked! The menu was a little confusing (a HUGE selection of cocktails not organized in any way I could figure out) but our adorable waitress, Ariel, proved to be a good and friendly guide even thought by the time we started to order drinks it was very busy. My drink was delicious so I had to have two, my husband stuck to beer and loved the draft beer she selected instead of Sam. Our food came out fast and was delcious! The burgers here are outstanding and the melted cheese appetizer is delicious. Then the sox won! What more can you ask for? We will definitely be back.
Pros: great service, fun atmostphere, tons of cocktails
Cons: crowded, noisy

From the moment we were greeted to the last dessert spoonful, a delightful experience. We went on a Monday (offer choice of 3 course fixed price menus for $35) and avoided the crowds. Comp starter mango avocado mousse was dazzling, appetizers devine, entrees outrageously delicious. Soft shell crab a triumph, seafood stew and short ribs very strong. We made sure to leave room for dessert and were not dissappointed. Service very solid. Took my son (the chef) for his birthday, and he can be tough to take to a restaurant. He was blown away. We'll be back.
Pros: Outstanding food
Cons: Slightly noisy, even when not full

A couple of my girlfriends and I were looking for something different to do after work. One of my co-workers told me about red sky and there Tuesdays "ladies 80's". To say the least we made our reservations and had a blast. It was almost too good to be true, a three course meal for free with the purches of a ten dollar beverage. The meal was proportioned perfectly. Our waitress Korey was very attentive, looking around and seeing that she had many other tables she still made us feel like we were her only ones. I cant say enough about this place. I will be back and so wont my friends.

The Pour House could be considered a dive, but the you can't get a better burger in Boston, bar none! Plus, it is so cheap. You also can't beat their Sunday Brunch. The music is loud and obnoxious, but it's part of the great atmosphere. Great for drinks too.

I had lunch at Kingfish yesterday and it was wonderful. The bartender, Tina, was very attentive and suggested a great white wine for me to try, which I loved. She was also able to answer all my questions about the menu. I started out with the clam chowder, which was delicious and finished with a ceasar salad. The portions were just right for lunch. Tina checked in with me several times to see how my food and wine was. The bar was relatively busy for a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30, but I noticed that Tina did a great job attending to all the guests. I'll definitely be back!
Pros: Service
