This is a welcoming eye glass store. Don't let the small size fool you as they have an abundance of frames to choose from. They offer discounts to the employees of many of the surrounding Companies. They are low key when you enter, allowing you to quietly look around to see what they have. They conduct eye exams on-site and it typically takes a day or two to pick up new glasses. Nice little family owned store!
Honest, competent, convenient location & discounts!

What started as a tasty snack when at a ball game at Fenway park has grown into an empire. The sausage guy's sausage sandwiches are so popular, that they are no longer reserved for ball games alone. Of course you will still find the original proprieter in front of Fenway on Yawkey way for home games, but he also has several stands and a line sold in local grocery stores throughout the city. Probably not the healthiest- but who cares?

Bob Smith's is under new management, so I'm not sure what the current status of it is. However, it doesn't seem to have changed all that much thus far.
The staff here are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, and you'll find all sorts of outdoor gear. The best section, though, is the skis and boots. It easily rivals that of nearby Ski Market, and the bootfitter I had really knew his thing. After a couple hours, I walked out with the perfect pair of boots. After looking it up online, I found out that I even paid less than discount online merchants charged!

Just had my hair cut by Laurent. The best cuts of my life, and only $65. He listens, took a lot of time to fix the problems from my last cut, and wouldn't let me leave until it was exactly what I hoped for. He's less expensive because he's new to Mario Russo. But apparently he trained in Paris and California, and it shows. He's also French and very cute and a really nice guy. What a change from the normal Newbury Street prices and attitude.

Also, I have enjoyed working for them as their assignments are fun and challenging. I have worked for some very high profile companies and people.

Pizza Oggi is home to great thin crust pies with an excellent assortment of toppings. The menu has some great combination suggestions. Unusual additions include almonds and wild mushrooms. All are awesome!
The ambiance here is not that of a typical dingy pizza joint- it's very clean and well-lit. There is a large plasma screen on the wall which features whatever the waitress chooses.
Pizza Oggi delivers and is an excellent value for the money. The service is quick and friendly. Definitely an underrated gem.
