Over the past 15 years, I've tried many different shades of blonde: wheat, platinum, golden and ash. Yasmin has delivered every time. And we're not just talking about my roots! She puts in complimentary and contrasting highlights as well. She can do ANYTHING! If you want classic color, she can do it. If you want chic and high-style, she can do it. She listens carefully to what you want and thoroughly discusses her color recommendations for you based on your hair cut, hair condition, skin tone, personal style, profession and lifestyle. Before I knew Yasmin and lived in NYC, I tried all the hot salons in NYC, including Louis Licari, Garren and Frederic Fekkai. Yasmin blows them all away. I always tell Yasmin that she is far too modest about her achievements in hair color. A former model, she has studied with THE Vidal Sassoon himself in London, worked alongside her famous cousin Edward Tricomi of the Warren-Tricomi salons in NYC (Yasmin's maiden name is Tricomi), and styled celebrities like Cindy Crawford and Kim Basinger. She was one of the first practitioners of Japanese Hair Straightening and even went to Japan to learn the technique from the product manufacturer. I am pleased with her haircuts and she colors the sides of my greying hair so delicately no one knows that I do this , which I am happy about. i recently read a review about her and can tell you that she was the happiest pregnant woman I have ever met as she tried for years to have children . I find the person to be insulting and honestly good for Yasmin for not allowing that Knight to ruin hers!!!!!! Pros: Great Listener Caring

I have been a Yasmin disciple for many years now; sporting over a dozen of her meticulous cuts and myriad shades of rich, vibrant color. Even when work has left me residing in other cities, Yasmin has taken the time to help me find a new stylist and has even been kind enough to send them her formulas. Yasmin is an outstandingly talented stylist, that has taken many years of experience with all types of hair, her own skillful precision-styling, and innate talent and let it steer her career to the point of being one of Boston's best. If you want edgy, she can give you edgy. If you want classic, she can give you classic, or even a modern twist on one. She is also great listener, very bubbly and who, although intuitive and creative, will never let her ideas overshadow what her client truly wants. This is someone who understands what makes people happy, continuously educates herself on techniques and trends, and strives to aid in doing that by giving her clients her best--always. Yasmin is a treat, and we all deserve a few of those. *Note: She is brilliant when it comes to all shades of blonde. I have naturally dark hair, and whenever I have chosen to weave some lighter strands in, whether it be gold, caramel or something a bit brighter, she is on point: no damage, no brass. And lastly, I find it particularly fishy that someone would feel so passionate about their distaste for a particular stylist, yet didn't get their name correct, and waited months to post a review. I am not one to take the time to rate anywhere, whether good or bad but after this experience I just had to. I have lived in Boston for over 10 years and have always gone to the same hairdresser, unfortunetly he decided to retire and gave me a reccomendation of this place with a guy named Frank. When I called Frank was not available and I really needed my hair done. I was referred to this woman named Jasmin, who I'll have to say was the worst hairdresser I have ever had!! She totally ruined my hair!! She was so loud and obnoxious and rushed through my appointment, she was very pregnant at the time and just seemed plain miserable...but that was no excuse to treat a client like that.. hopefully by now she has had her baby and is no longer working there!!! This experience happened a while ago and my hair still doesn't look right, If your looking for a new Stylist, stay away from this place!!! Pros: Nothing Cons: Loud, tacky, rundown, smells
