I was strolling along Charles Street and dropped into Moxie. Nice store. They have a very friendly staff who let you look, touch and try on without bothering you. The selection is different than alot of other stores in the area. I bought a nice, comfortable pair of shoes for a reasonable price. Their customer service was excellent. Return policy, same as everywhere else. Recommended. Pros: Customer Service, Variety, Quality Cons: None

I bought a pair of shoes at Moxie on Charles Street in Boston. After wearing the shoes, I realized that the webbing design along the toe of the shoe was painful and blistering my toes. I contacted the store about the issue and was told that, although the owner would return a call to me, the store would not be able to do anything about shoes "just because they do not fit." Anyway, needless to say the call from the owner was never returned to me. The shoes were just so uncomfortable that I could not get away with wearing them, even for a short period of time. Unfortunately, the credit card company still expected to get paid - so I was out $85.00. I will not shop in Moxie again. Pros: None Cons: Forget about it - will dissapoint

Located central to the city, this is the perfect store for fashionista's feet accessories. Sales people are friendly and prices are fair. PROS: Excellent shoes CONS: No parking
