I was pleasantly surprised by the unbelievable delicious food and the extremely attentive service. We tried the octopus and trip of pies for appetizers and both were to die for. I had a yellow fin tuna that was cooked to perfection over spinach and couscous. Others in my group had the sole and the shrimjp over couscous. I would caution the Shrim over Couscous dish was a mild spice (i love spicy food! - one person can barely handle mild salsa) so the waitstaff might want to make caution about that.
the decor was modern, trendy and inviting. The restuarnt is difficult to find. They are below street level and difficult to find unless you are looking for them. I would suggest a sign that is more visible from the street.
Cons: When the door opens there is a draft if youre near the door

The food is definitely for those looking for traditional, old style recipes. You won't get any chain restaurant, nationally taste tested stuff here. The Baked Beans are from old mollasses based recipes, as are Indian pudding and Brown Bread. Entrees are man sized and served with less emphasis on asthetics than quality and quantity. Old market style service on long tables you may end up sharing with one or two other parties at rush hours. New England style grey corned beef is great.
Pros: Great place for a restaurant, lots of good food, real old Boston recipes
Cons: Parking $$, stairs if you have grandma

This little oyster bar in the North End is a GREAT find! Very small and quaint, but great food and fantastic service. We went at night, but they had a long wait so instead of standing around they actually let us go and called on the cell phone when the table was ready---I mean serious where else have you seen this? In addition to great service, the food was also fantastic. We sampled a large variety of oysters and they were all perfectly fresh and delicious. Also had the Vitello Tonnato veal and tuna sandwich that was out of this world. In all, this is a great place with awesome food and service, but please note that it is very small (~30ppl), very tight and pretty loud.
Pros: Food, Service, Social Ambiance
Cons: Tight Seating, Noisy

I love this place. Been there several times for lunch and have always had a great experience. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is excellent. My daughter loves the mac and cheese and crab cakes. I love the steak tips sandwich. Their fries are fabulous. Check it out you won't be disapointed. I can't wait to try Scolla's for dinner.

My husband and I go to Boston at least twice a year. This is my favorite place to eat. The food is excellent. They have the best clam chowda. Their chocolate lava cake is to die for. You need to order it with your dinner because each one is made fresh or you can wait 39 minutes if you forget.

My wife is in the wine business and as a result eats at all of the high end restaurants in MA. As her husband I am often treated to many of these eateries on her expense account. Recently we discovered LTK in South Boston and I have to say this is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in Boston. To date we have dined there three times and we have never been disappointed. They have a fresh and exciting menu with items you wont find in many restaurants and they always have fun and exciting daily specials. If you are looking for a fun place to take and impress a date or just looking for something different you have to try this place. This is one of the few places where you can get a three course meal with wine and still come in for less than a Fin-spot and that includes a 20% tip!
Pros: The Menu, The Food, The Ambience....
Cons: They don't take reservations

Legals is great. The crabcake, wild salmon, lobster ravioli, oysters are the best. Living in San Francisco all my life I didn't think I would enjoy seafood in Boston but I am very impressed. This place puts Boston seafood on the map.
Pros: Fresh
