This is going to be the best home show of the year! I have been to many different show and have never seen a line-up of award winning chef that are going to be putting on demonstrations. Chef Ming Tsai is amazing and I can not wait to see him in person!
Pros: Everything you need is here!

I was pleasantly surprised by the unbelievable delicious food and the extremely attentive service. We tried the octopus and trip of pies for appetizers and both were to die for. I had a yellow fin tuna that was cooked to perfection over spinach and couscous. Others in my group had the sole and the shrimjp over couscous. I would caution the Shrim over Couscous dish was a mild spice (i love spicy food! - one person can barely handle mild salsa) so the waitstaff might want to make caution about that.
the decor was modern, trendy and inviting. The restuarnt is difficult to find. They are below street level and difficult to find unless you are looking for them. I would suggest a sign that is more visible from the street.
Cons: When the door opens there is a draft if youre near the door

I've eaten here dozens of times over the past two years and have never witnessed any insect sightings. What I have seen (and eaten) is food that is made from very fresh ingredients, expertly prepared, Hong Kong style. Their soft shell crab, pea pod stems in garlic, crispy stuffed tofu are all highlights. And it's the only Chinese restaurant where I'll order fried rice or sweet and sour pork (light crispy battered, juicy not overcooked, with an authentic sauce and mixed veggies) without regrets. It's the best Chinese food I've had outside of New York, and better than anything in Boston Chinatown. Boston's Board of Health is among the strictest around, and if the r o a c h reports from last year are true, they'd be shut down by now. I'm going back.
Pros: Great food, authentically and expertly prepared (whether it's true Hong Kong or American-style)
Cons: Interior is standard Chinese-American tacky.

Venezia is an excellent choice, whether coming by boat (yes, you can come by boat and dock for a wonderful evening) or by car. They have great views, a nice ambiance both in the bar and table-side and excellent food! The Scallops and Shrimp Fra Diavlo is out of this world, along with the Lobster Bruschetta. (Sometimes these are a special order...you may not always see them on the menu, but ask.) I have had quite a few wonderful evenings here. Their banquet facility, which is separate, is absolutely gorgeous too. Very spacious and a nice layout. They put on a good wedding! Well done!

My boyfriend and I recently went to Umbria and had a fabulous time. The food was really amazing. I started with the seafood trio and was impressed that the squid was cooked perfectly - very tender. A lot of chefs tend to overcook it so it gets tough. My boyfriend had the spinach soup which was nice and creamy with a really nice olive oil drizzled on top. For the main course I had the osso bucco which was falling apart tender and had an intense flavor. I know that it had been slowed cooked for hours to get that concentration of flavor. We received some help from the staff in picking out several wines along the way. They suggested wines at different prices points each time we asked for help - which I really appreciated, and everything we drank paired very nicely with the food. One thing you should definitely try if you go, is one of the digistivos. They are a really nice ending to a large meal and, I think, somewhat unique here in Boston.
Pros: Excellent food and wine, knowledgable, helpful staff

I actually went to Turner during Restaurant Week. I have to say this place did not disappoint me at all. Everything from food to services to atomsphere was good. For appetizer I had a salad and my friend had a "Trio of Raw". My advice is that DONT GET SALADS in this place because it's not one of their best dishes but you know it's Restaurant Week so I did not get much of an option. The "Trio of Raw" was tuna, beef, and grouper ceviche, and they are obviously raw, duh. Suprisingly, they did not gross me out because the tuna was super fresh and it didn't taste funny. For entrees we had seafood: grilled scallops and halibut. Seafood is excellent. Very, very fresh. The design of the dishes were good for the eye too. Desserts. We ordered another dessert after our first ones, so yeah, it was that good. The common ground I find for most of the dishes is that they have a bit of citrus zest in them. For instance, my appetizer had orange in it. I think it's a great complimentary with the seafood.
Another important thing to take note of this restaurant is that the interior designing is very nice. I recommend taking the stairs down as you enter because you'll see this beautiful, large, and blue chandelier. It's a great place to dine if you care about the look and mood of a restaurant, and if you're a seafood lover!
Pros: Nice place, Good food portion, Fresh Seafood, Good services
Cons: Expenisive

The daily catch is one of the best places in boston for seafood. I have been to this location and the north end location. I love the one in the north end because its tiny, you always get a good meal from a spot this small. I had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and I had fish for dinner. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend the daily catch for seafood.
Pros: seafood, service
Cons: non
