This is a HORRIBLE store!! I would not recommend using this store, especially for consigning. I have been a more than loyal customer and consignor for over 2 years. From the start there were problems (they forgot to look at a bag of clothes, they didn't enter numerous items into their database, my checks were neevr mailed, they never updated the online accounts). Despite this, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and overlook these issues (most of which went unanswered when I tried to email the store). The fact that they have a lot of customers is no excuse for poor service and overlooked items. They severely lack organization skills. I have lost over $300 worth of inventory because these jerks were too lazy to update the website to inform customers when they needed to pick up their items. When I spoke to the manager she was rude and didn't even try to compensate for THEIR mistake!!! DO NOT SHOP OR CONSIGN AT THIS STORE!! Pros: occasionally you can find some decent stuff Cons: no organization what so ever/ not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes

The accessories here are fabulous. The staff is friendly and the location is close to all the other shopping downtown and on Newbury. Good place!

There are really good deals to be had here. All of their clothes are put through a rigorous screening process (or so I'm told) and it shows. The clothes are really well maintained. There are racks and racks of designer denim(!) for good prices. Some as low as 50 and some higher. It isn't like they consider a pair of gap jeans designer, so everything here really is designer. You have to look often, you never know what you are going to find. There are lots of tiny sizes here.
