This place has really good Taiwanese cuisine which is slightly different from the usual Chinese that you'll find elsewhere in Chinatown. It's clean, the service fast, and it's cheap. Sometimes, it's crowded. However, it's well worth it. Just watch out: it's cash only. Leave your credit card at home. My favorites here are the rolls and noodle soup, which is possible the best in the area.

Basic stuff, the staff always seems in a hurry to get you out though. The portions are pretty big. I would not recommend the vegetable dumplings. The scallion pancake's ok, but no big hurrah.

The Taiwan Cafe is located convieniently in downtown Boston. It is better suited for delivery- patrons would probably not enjoy the tiny second floor eatery as much as eating it in the comfort of their own home. The food here is excellent- prepared freshly and efficiently. Delivery takes all but a couple of minutes- they are very fast if you live in the immediate area. Prices are also pretty good- about average for this type of cuisine in the area.

The dinner set menu is really good and cheap. The location is also in Chinatown so it is really easy to find. It is on the second floor.

This small restaurant offers a unique and a variety of Taiwanese style food at a very affordable price and with a large meal portion. This place is just perfect for those who want to get a taste on a delicious food but do not want to spend a lot of money on it. The waiter and waitresses are also very friendly and they won't let you wait too long to get your order ready after you order them. Very recommended.
