You can't miss Chau Chow City at the entrance of China-town--- it's a three story dim sum palace. They turn over so much business at their large tables at lunch everyday with many in-the-know workers from the financial district frequenting this establishment.
Dim Sum here is excellent and always delivered to your table every few minutes if so desired. Plates range from spring rolls to crab cakes and always taste great.
The price is excellent here with few plates and entrées topping $10. Service is not very friendly, but very efficient.

The restaurant is pretty big, three floors. The third floor is used for catering and dimsum on the weekends. The place is nice, table cloths, etc. The food was good, nothing great or anything to rave about. I usually order the dishes that you can't go wrong: General Tsao's Chicken, ribs, etc. The wait for dim sim is usually minimal compared to other popular dim sum places in chinatown. Service is ok, nothing to rave about either.
