The food at this place always strikes me as a bit odd each time I eat here. However, it must be good as I keep on coming back. Just as odd is the 50s diner decor that doesn't seem to match the food you're eating whatsoever. However, it does add to the rather funky experience. Here, the main attraction are bowls of noodle soup like at more traditional Asian noodle houses. However, there's the Latin twist, so you can order things like spicy citrus sauce to go with it. Other notable items on the menu are Juan-tons and plaintains, which showcase the restaurant's creativity and tastiness.

Basically you choose what type of noodle you want, what meat/veggies you want, and which sauce you want them to go with and they cook mixes it all together. The noodles are ok, but not all that great. Plus, they're much more expensive than other places. On the other hand, they have delicious plantains (although again, pretty pricey for a few pieces) and yummy onion rings. Their alcoholic beverages are also pretty good. Go for a light snack and drink, don't stay for dinner.

Betty's Wok and Noodle Diner is not your typical Chinese restaurant. It's atmosphere is one of a standard 1950s style diner instead. Red vinyl booths seat patrons comfortably and the service is much more friendly than typical Chinese restaurants in the area. Betty's Wok specializes in "Asian fusion" cuisine which means that the dishes are unique and flavored a bit differently. The best desserts are the cheescakes with sake sauce. Yum.
