Boston's options for after-hours dining are limited at best. Which explains the flock of night owls to be found at the South Street Diner, (formerly known as "Boston's Original Diner") From chrome and pink accents to a jukebox stocked with oldies, this is Happy Days come to life (see the life-sized cutout of James Dean). The emphasis on breakfast specialties (served all day) such as banana French toast, blueberry pancakes and cheese omelets keeps this place buzzing.
