Awesome food is combined with the fantastic service you expect at a Ritz Carlton makes for a great experience. Try the Chicken Satay for an appetizer that comes with the chicken skewers served over a mini-hibachi with a smoking coal. The taste is even better than the presentation. If you make a reservation, which is highly recommended, be sure to get the person's name that made your reservation. I confirmed my reservation twice, yet they couldn't find it when I arrived. However, the host was professional and got my party seated immediately. Give Jer-Ne (prounced Journey) a try -- a great place that can handle diverse needs - great to take a date or a business lunch.
