I went there last Friday and had the best salad that I have had in a long time. I had the tuna Chefs salad with basalmic honey dressing and a cup of Italian Soup with fish for $7. It was really fantastic. They also have lots of other daily specials PIzza, Quiche, Roll ups, Fruit plates, desserts, etc. All the food is Kosher and the food is very fresh. The line to get the food is a little confusing but everything went soomthly and quick. I will definately be going back Pros: great food and lots to choose from Cons: Can get very busy at lunchtime

The Scene
Legions of health-conscious office workers skip the ubiquitous fast-food options in favor of this Financial District institution's all-natural breakfast and lunch offerings. The main Milk Street location (counter service only) features plenty of seating, loads of natural light, and a full menu, while the Post Office Square kiosk is takeout only and has a limited menu. Service at both locations is quick and friendly, which is essential (most diners are on the clock).
The Food
If you're craving a burger or a slice of greasy pizza, head elsewhere; Milk Street garners acclaim for using the freshest ingredients available and making almost everything daily from scratch. From award-winning soups (hot and cold) to garden-fresh salads, quality is of the highest caliber. When the boss is paying, indulge in grilled salmon or a tuna-topped garden salad. Stretch your lunch break and grab a bowl of yogurt topped with crunchy granola and fresh fruit.
