Reviews count and sometimes, like in this case, are true! I am sorry that there are only 5 stars because the person and the jeweler definately deserve more than 5 stars. The story is simple: based on the internet reviews, we ended up having an appointment and a first meeting. Not only he managed by magic to invent our wedding bands the way we wanted - simple but not traditional, but even changed my engagement ring to match my wedding band in a way that gave more splendor to it than it originally looked like. Now we have three rings with the same concept and the whole set seems to be saying the same continuous story. It's just lovely! I am rarely positively impressed by someone, but he really loves his job and this is shown in the attention, expertise and creativity with which he meets your desires!

I've been shopping here since they opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The selection is both hip and classic, they have something for every occasion and price range - for birthdays, anniversaries, or just to get you out of the doghouse. Gary is a brilliant artist and will make anything custom for you. The engagement ring they made for me was perfect. He even made our wedding bands out of a single piece of gold. They just think of everything. Rarely do you find a place that goes the extra mile so consistently and has such great product and pricing. Don't shop anywhere else.

I had a terrific experience! I found one of the most gorgeous rings I have ever seen in my life here and everyone at the store was nothing but courteous and kind. I have been back several times. I would highly reccomend going here!

Amidst the range of sketchy to snobby jewelry stores in the Downtown Crossing area, E.B. Horn stands out as a polished gem. I have never purchased anything there, but know of friends and colleagues who report stellar merchandise and service. I went there for jewelry repair, and was initially intimidated because my diamonds are a fraction of the size of what they sell. Fortunately, I had no reason to be afraid. The staff quickly assisted me, asked me several question to find out what I truly wanted, completed the job in a timely fashion, did a *beautiful* job, and charged a lower price than their initial estimate! I was floored. I'll definitely be going here more often.

when the italian mom walks into a jewelers with her son and two hours later walks out with a beauty of a ring that was in his price range, its a great day.
NIcole is fabulous. her father who is downstairs doing wholesale should be proud.
we had every intention of doing 2 stores to compare. we had already done our local stores. the difference from local stores to Forever was 4 thousand dollars .
my son wanted to go beyond his original budget and Nicole spent at least an hour going over cut, clarity
and carat.instead of going for the bigger dollar sale she went for the quality and size that fit his budget. .
He will definitely go back for his wedding bands.
I will be married 40 years next year and there is a new ring in my future and now won't think about where i'm going to shop.

The first time I walked into this store, my jaw dropped. I didnt think it was possible to have so much of every kind of jewelry in a single room. But So Good has it. The jewelry is decently priced, and there is a color to match every occasion in every style. I could spend an hour just perusing the walls, often trying to think of an outfit to go with the jewelry (and not the other way around)!

It was my first experience with this jeweler, but after many days and time dedicated to purchasing a diamond, the sales staff took the time to take me through the process and selecting the perfect diamond. I went to this jewelery to get a necklace repaired, nothing fancy, just a silver chain that had kinked and broken. I walked in to this store, one of the many in Downtown Crossing and was quickly approached by the first "stand." I just went with them because they said they could replace the necklace and have it completed by the next day. I went back the next day to pick up the necklace, which is not terribly far out of my way, but demands a separate trip. The necklace was not ready. The jeweler was apologetic, but I was irritated I had gone out of my way and they did not keep their promise of having it complete in one day. I went back a few days later to pick it up and it had a different chain on it than I selected. They said they couldn't find the one I originally chose and substituted this one. I took it as it because it was just a moderately priced silver necklace, but thought they should have called me before making the substitution.
