We have been using Arco security for about three years and are very pleased with the service. The rates are competitive and being local, the customer service is outstanding. They are quick to respond and installation was scheduled within a day of us calling them. We needed to update our system after some home renovations and again they were fast and professional.

When some kids threw a pumpkin through our first floor window (a Halloween prank) we needed it repaired quickly since our alarm system is wired to the windows. Glass Medic was available right away and did the repairs from the back of their truck parked in front of the house. They did a great job and were friendly and professional as well. Hopefully we won't need them again, but I would not hesitate to call them if the need arises.

This Jewelry Store is just a pleasant experience. The have an abundance of jewelry to choose from. If you do not see it on showcase, ask as they have so much more behind in a vault/safe. This is a family owned business and the genuine concern for their clients is apparent. They are not pushy but rather are there to help you find what you are looking for. I went into this store well over 20 times with different people for opinions therefore I was waited on by just about everyone who works here. The staff was always so patient, helpful and friendly. It is apparent that the staff gets along exceptionally well and it reflects when being waited on. I have referred over a dozen people to this Jeweler and they each have the impression of this gem of a store. They also carry crystal, china and so much more. I fretted over two months between two rings and ended up working with a staff to create a wedding ring that worked with my engagement ring. He made sure to work with my budget as it would have been easy to just create a ring for top dollar. Instead we worked with a ring that was close but needed some molding. They truly did a great job and I love returning to their showroom. FIVE STAR + !!!

Whenever I'm on Charles Street in Beacon Hill, I visit Good. A tiny retail space with beautiful nature-inspired wares for the home, Good is a delightful boutique with the sweetest sales staff and lovely home accessories, including a sea urchin votive holder, a new love of mine that I quickly purchased, along with a beautiful Japanese kiriwood coaster. I scooped up a large coaster to place beneath the urchin and together, they create organic intimate beauty on my bedside table. Once illuminated, the ceramic urchin is aglow with light jutting out of tiny holes, relaxing and simply exquisite.
Good also features other tealight holders, jewelry (the adina collection is beautiful), john derian goodies, flatware, lighting... and so many other things that you'll be surprised that a store this small offers so much without feeling cluttered.

As I moved from France (I m French) I was so happy to be find Madura in Back Bay, i knew their shops in France and was used to buy there, As i had to decorate my Boston Flat very quicly, this shops was perfect for me, evrything was in stock, prices were reasonable, and all ready made, just had to use a friend to drill the wall for the curtain rods (it was better that way...)
