I help to manage Yale in Dorchester. I oversee 75 home deliveries and over 110 service calls. Thats every day. My only direction is to be reasonable with customers. I have sent electricians, rewired rooms, sent carpenters and fixed cabinets in the interest of customer satisfaction...even when it was not clear to me that we erred. Some of these reviews genuinely baffle me. We dont outsource service as it is the largest part of our business. I honestly believe we are the best in this industry. If you ever have an issue at Yale, you can ask for me directly or the other members of my team: Dennis Macdonald or the owner, Steve Sheinkopf.

A neighborhood favorite, this small restaurant has a cozy, friendly atmosphere as well as good food and generous portions. If you go frequently enough, the bartenders will remember your favorites. If you are visiting for the first time, the staff make you feel like a regular. Great pizza and frequently changing specials. Good bar area with a good selection of beer and wine.

I was reading an ugly review on "Urban Renewal" and I just had to write in rebuttal. I got my furniture there several years ago and I am still so happy with my choice to shop there! I had shopped everywhere from Ethan Allen to Pottery Barn- could not find a couch and loveseat that would work with my low windows. Urban Renewal folks worked with me to find a "design" for a couch and loveseat that would work and they are custom perfection! The delivery was months ahead of schedule and they look fabulous still after several years. I also purchased a leather chair at the same time that came up way different than the sample (leather is tricky) and they took it back and credited my card no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone!
Pros: custom service, great poeple and value
Cons: had to drive up from the south shore a few times to finalize my selection

I have been incredibly pleased with the service and product I have received at Boston Art and Framing. Dave is a pleasure to work with and really sees that you are pleased with your product. He always finishes on time and provides a quality, product that will last an extremely long time. I would highly recommend this place!

When my wife and I decided to take the plunge and renovate our kitchen we wandered into Arclinea thinking we could pick out cabinetry there. We realized that it's actually a full service architectural firm?their staff are all architects who work with you from the beginning of the process right through the installation...they helped us understand how we could redesign our kitchen to make it more functional and have amazing materials. We included some stainless steel in our design but mostly a teak wood finish that looks amazing in our house, which is somewhat traditional. It's definitely on the expensive side, but we feel like it was a tremendous investment ? we love the kitchen now and will have it forever. (And it's much more comfortable to use... no overhead cabinets, everything stored in deep drawers and easy to reach.) Highly recommended!!

My husband and I were having a rough time deciding how to furnish our condo and then we met Jonathan Diamond. He took the time to really get to know us. By careful interviewing and gentle guidance, he helped us discover what we really liked and made us comfortable. I guess you could say he helped us find our own personal style. We call him our "furniture shrink." He stayed right on budget and his advice was right on target.
Pros: Experienced interior design skills, great selection of product, good service.
Cons: Parking can be challenging.

Yes, they sell many varieties of fish to raise as pets, ranging from salt water fish to tropical ones and others. They also sell aquariums and fish food, heaters, thermometers, and decoration stuff for aquarium. As usual, if you were looking for more or better stuff, Petco or Petsmart would be the stores for you.
