I like the new facility, and the convenience of having the Dr. office, lab, pharmacy, dentist, and optometrist all in one. It's gay friendly, women friendly, racially diverse... a nice place. I have to agree a little with the "assembly line" comment from another review... the service is not nearly as personal as it was over on Haviland St a decade ago.

My most recent experiences at Fenway have caused me to file a formal complaint with the Department of Public Health. I am contemplating a complaint with the Board of Registration in Medicine. Despite desperate pleas for help at Fenway, from as high up as their CEO and Board of Directors, I was virtually ignored. I was refused diagnostic testing of my choice by Fenway. And oh, by the way, I DO have insurance and I know my body quite well. Fenway is affiliated with Beth Israel, where I was misdiagnosed with a serious illness the previous year. So I'd keep away from both of these places if you have anything beyond a basic issue. Just the stress alone of dealing with them almost killed me and might do the same to you.

I started going here because it is literally a five minute walk from my place and I was too lazy to put a lot of research into finding a doctor. The service there is fine, but it's impersonal and fast, more of an assembly line than anything. I did like that if you need to get blood taken, there is a facility in the health center.
