I loved my experience at L'Elite. We didnt even have an appointment and were treated so kindly, everything that I wanted was shown to me, and after I named three ideas that I had in my head, they found the perfect dress. It was the first one I tried on, and the least expensive, and they agreed wholeheartedly it was the right one, without trying to get me to spend more. I will look back on this special day with fond memories thanks to L'Elite, honestly.

L'elite has wonderful service...the best I’ve experienced in Boston. They were friendly and very helpful even though we arrived 15 minutes early. Above all, the dresses we looked at had the simple elegance that I want for my wedding. Although I don't have a big bridal party we were treated like royalty.

I didn't have a very good experience here at all. The employees were rude, and they kept me and my mother waiting for 45 minutes, even though we had an appointment. Once I was being attended to, they didn't listen at all to the types of gowns I was interested in, and kept giving me dresses to try on that were NOT the style I requested. For me, it was a waste of time - and I had an amazing experience at La Reine - right down the street.

When searching for a bridal gown, I visited many local bridal salons. I loved the dress selection at L'Elite, probably the most comprehensive of high end designers in Boston (the city, not region). I was really pleased with the service when trying on Bridal Gowns, but less pleased when trying to find a bridesmaid dress. I just thought that some of hte salespeople were snippy. However, I must say that they have a nice selection of bridesmaid dresses, by far the most I've seen of Vera Wang. I would still shop there just for the wide selection of dresses.

This is definitely the bridal gown boutique for brides with a million dollar budget. The selection is mediocre in size and expensive in price. The staff is less than helpful although going on a day other than Friday or Saturday might guarantee a pleasant experience, even if you cannot afford anything here. If you are looking for a couture gown that is splashed all over the latest bridal magazines then this is the bridal salon for you. If you are more interested in a designer brand than a beautiful dress than this is the bridal salon for you. If you just want a gown that makes you feel beautiful without breaking the bank, there are plenty of other bridal salons in the Boston area.
