I have used Copy Cop for many print projects for business and personal jobs. I have always received excellent customer service, from day one. After several years of working with them, it is really nice to have an established relationship with their representatives. They have always delivered on time, and honor their price estimates to the penny. Sometimes my projects have involved some fine-tuning and their staff has given it their highest attention to detail and delivered an excellent final product. They send couriers over very quickly, and are in constant communication via email and phone during the project. I highly recommend working with Matt Thompson - he is a great project manager.

I've been in this store a few times and always get a printer or copier immediately. I've never had to wait. However, the times I've actually dealt with the employees there, it's been hit or miss. When requesting help with a small job, such as color printing, etc., I have always received good service. However, when I inquired about a larger printing job that required Copy Cop to research the cost and follow up with me, no one ever contacted me again. I ended up just going with another company for that reason.
