If you've never been to The Cheesecake Factory, then here's your chance. The menu is a tome that will easily take you a while to get through, especially if you're the indecisive type. Your best bet is to have an idea of what you want beforehand, so you can flip right to that page.
The portions are large, and the service is good. However, the wait can be horrendous. I recommend going for lunch rather than dinner just to avoid the line.

The food's consistently good, and the menu's huge, but the wait's usually unbearable. They have another location at the Cambridgeside Galleria, and another at the Atrium, but they're also likewise slow to seat. I will say there's something for everyone on their menu though. Somehow, even though I only order appetizers, I never have room for cheesecake. I don't think I've ever actually had the cheesecake at the restaurant. Try the sweet corn tamale cakes, or the avacado and sun-dried tomato eggrolls. Yum yum.

This is the kind of place where you have to save room for dessert. Our solution: just get appetizers and cheesecake. The wife and I hit up this location for our date day a few weeks ago, and the only problem was how crowded it was. The wait was going to be 45 minutes, but luckily we caught a couple seats at the bar before it got to be too long.

The cheescake factory in Boston is typical of the chain's many locations a crossed the US. The menu is huge--- with standard American fare and "something for everyone" approach. The prices are very reasonable as well.
At this location, the service is very friendly, but expect to wait an hour or two before a table becomes ready during their peak periods.
The cheesecake is the main draw- our waiter recommended the white chocolate raspberry, but I prefer the pumpkin anyday!
