I love this place. I used to always go to the Chestnut Hill location which is just as good with their food, however, the Boston location is a nicer restaurant. After dinner tonight I did not feel over full, although plenty satisfied. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and American- it was very easy to talk to her (only Asia's work at Chestnut Hill). If you want great sushi and can pay the price for it, make Oishii your choice. The shaved ice desert, Miso soup and the lobster sushi are great, also try to the meat sushi- made with red meat.

My client call me to tell me that they had so much fun at Betty's this past saturday , they were visiting Boston with their friends and decided to take me up on my suggestion .
They love the food specially the ribs and some new additions to the menu that i will be sure to try when I get back , they also mentioned a dessert called "Slice of Heaven" ( my personal favorite!)and the Tinis made with Sake , to add to their great experience they did not stop talking about the music and the friendly staff .
Sincerely
yhh.
Pros: great tasting experience , amazing flavors !!
Cons: you can't see the restaurant sign !

Stayed at the Westin Hotel in the Copley area and was just delighted from this small but great sushi stop. My husband and I are from Southern Cal so we've had our share of sushi. My experience at his restaurant was excellent. Wait staff was great, food was fantastic...and let's not even mention the Mango Saketini. We ended up eating there 3 times out of our week visit. Will definitely be back.

One of my friends recommended me this sushi place, so she brought me here Saturday night, and I feel like I wanted to write this review and recommend this to everyone else too. The restaurant itself is very nice, which also includes the atmosphere and music, and they've got good service too. Most importantly, I love their special rolls. They've got some of their own unique special sushi rolls you can't find anywhere else. This sushi place fits for you if you're really looking for fresh fish and good sushi rolls. I had a great experience here. I really like here and recommend everybody to try.
Pros: fresh sushi, good service
Cons: waiting line

WOW - This was my first time at Mantra. After buying a dinner for 6 at a fundraiser, I was excited to use it. We arrived on Saturday evening with a group of 6 and were seated promptly although the restaurant was full (we did have a reservation). The walk to our table was amazing - The place is absolutely Stunning. Great decor and restaurant music.
NOW the real WOW - THE FOOD. They offered their restaurant week menu as well as a sharing plate menu. We started off with about 8 sharing plates and one was better than the other. Goat cheese and watermelon Kabob, amazing. I'm Greek and never had a kabob this way. Garlic, Back Pepper shrimp - my favorite! Naan Pizza - better than any Greek pizza. In all, the food was just flavorful and fresh. I have never had food with this much flavor in my life. Also - our server Haswan was great. Very attentative and professional. Also, I knew there had to be a Greek person in this place, Kabobs, Greek Wine, some Greek music? The manager was Greek. It was nice to see some of my culture even at Mantra, truly is a fusion restaurant. I am one to rarely write reviews, but just had to about MANTRA. I will be back!!!
Pros: FOOD- FOOD -SERVICE - FOOD -
Cons: couldn't eat anymore

This sushi place is the best I've tried so far. There's so much variety to choose from the menu. They've got great service. The line up can be long at times but it's quick. The staff is really friendly and accomodating. They always greet you with a pleasant smile. It's one of the best places in Boston. They even offer takeout and delivery. Sakurabana will always be a great choice.
Pros: menu, takeout,service
Cons: none

I actually took a cooking class at Elephant Walk and it was really interesting. The French-Cambodian cuisine has some atypical ingredients but the chef explained each one along with its nutritional value to us all beforehand. Then we went into the kitchen and started cooking... and we actually got to do it ourselves and use their equipment! It was a lot of fun, I'd suggest gong in a group, and afterwards you get to eat the delicious meal you just prepared.

Tantric Grill is great . . . authentic Indian cuisine, with some innovative twists to keep it interesting. Their butter chicken rivals anything I had while growing up in India, and the Chicken 65 is on my list of "dishes I'd take with me on a desert island". And don't miss the kheer (rice pudding) for dessert, which is superb. The luncheon buffet is excellent, but I'd recommend it as well for a perfect evening meal venue (especially if you're doing a theatre or other Boston performance; the convenient location can't be beat). Atmosphere is also a draw: striking decor and a very nice bar with interesting offerings. Great service to boot. Highly recommend.
Pros: Authentic Indian cuisine, excellent service, great bar
