Sherman's books is a decent little bookstore in Boothbay harbor, ME. The downstairs is filled with toys, art supplies, gifts, and souvenirs. The upstairs is where the books are, as well as more art supplies. The books are fairly standard, although they have a great section of books on Maine. Their bargain books are great, sometimes you can find a really good deal here. Their magazine selection is pretty good too. Boothbay Harbor is a small town and sometimes it is hard to find good magazines. Sherman's has many of the ones I was looking for on a recent visit. The staff is nice, and very helpful. they will often do special orders if asked.
