I took my 4 year old son in there to get his hair cut, we had been in there before with luke warm reception, but my son loved it there. We were 10 min early (I didn't mind waiting) the girl behind the counter didn't even say hello when we walked in then shortly after we arrived disappeared in the back, we sat down and waited very patiently for 30 min. (20 min past our appointment time) I finally went back to ask if someone could cut my son's hair and the girl that was behind the counter said that the woman that was to cut my son's hair was on an important business call! I finally walked to the back of the store to see what was going on and when I found the manager in her office on the phone, she slammed the door in my face. I was so mad I grabbed my boys and headed for my car, the manager followed me out to my car and informed me that she was now ready to cut my son's hair. I told her there was no way I was letting her touch my son's head. She then proceeded to tell me that in life I am not always first in line and I needed to learn to wait my turn! And that the business call was very important and was about taking Monkey Dooz "global". I told her in no uncertian terms where she could stick Monkey Dooz and she then said, well there is a barber shop around the corner go there! I was so appalled and angry I was shaking!!! I have never been treated that way before and I will never, ever step foot in there again!

I referred a friend to "Monkey Dooz" over at the Eagle, ID location. The Eagle store is FABLOUS! That owner was "ONE OF A KIND"- and the staff is highly qualified! Everyone there, "HAS A COSMO LICENSE" She came to find out it was closed! We live in Anch. AK and have nothing of the sort! She had gone over the the Boise store and was very disappointed- the owner of the Boise Location was talking "rudely" about the Eagle location and how she was "not suprised to see it closed", I say wow..-"THAT WAS RUDE!"

I was amazed at how clean this place was. The Atmosphere is wonderful and the employees really looked after my child. This is a fun place and the prices are very affordable.

What an amazing place. I felt like I was going with my kids to Adventure Land at Disney. The staff was wonderful and I think it was the funnest haircut experience my children have ever had. I'm definitely going to make this a regular stop. There was a birthday party going on and the kids there were having a fantastic time.
