Our family went to the Western Idaho Fair for the first time this week and had a blast! They are large fairgrounds, so there really wasn't alot of congestion and there were so many things to do and see. We went on a few kiddie rides, which are always pretty expensive (.85 per ticket, most rides are 3-4 tickets) but they loved them. They especially liked the petting zoo and got to milk a cow! We were in the sea lion show for about 15 minutes, but they got pretty bored with it and it was very hot in there, so we left that early. Of course the food is always fun at the fair, so we couldn't leave without some cotton candy. There are lots of booths, displays, security, trees, and bathrooms--very well managed! We'll be back next year!
