The concept is great, but the way they treat their customers is awful!! First, they kept clothes that I brought in and never gave me credit for them, but denied it when I confronted them. Then when I made a purchase they never applied my credit. I was in a hurry with 3 young kids and didn't notice till I got home that I didn't get the credit (I spent over $100). When I called them about it, their response was oh? Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it. Your credit is good for 2 years. The whole reason I made a purchase was because I had a credit. Also, while I was shopping, they were bad mouthing other customers. I have worked retail for many years, and have never given such awful customer service. They way they treat people is unacceptable. THEY made a mistake and refuse to fix it. I never want to go back to this place!!! VERY unfriendly place. If you go there beware!

Make sure if you donate clothes to be looked through that you get your box/ plastic garage box back because they will donate it quickly to Desert Industries before you have a chance to get it. If you fail to pick up clothes that they are looking through within 24 hrs they go to their 25 cent sale and you get nothing. Careful of these folks, it'll bite you! Pros: Clean place Cons: High Prices, High Employee Turnover, They Steal Items From Their Buyback program

Sad but their religious habits have made this place terrible to shop at. Funny as they depend on "sinners" like me bringing in my high budget clothes for them to make a living ( they have no problem with that) yet they propose a Mormon place of business and the workers can't take a suggestion that would serve their customers better. In fact they wouldn't take my suggestion because I wasn't Mormon. I think was Arthur C Clarke that said that the "densest material in the universe was a closed mind", very fitting here. Other than the place is clean, the prices for "used stuff" is pretty high, folks that work than are fake nice (remember they are putting up with us sinners). Try someplace else ladies, unless you're Mormon.

They tell lies to new employess to get them to take a job. They have very high turn over rate. They try to make young teen high school girls pick work over school. Guess school is not important to them??? They fire people for no apparant reason. I have no raving reviews for this store. I only know that I will not recommend any to shop there. I wouldn't spend my money anywhere that believes they can continue to treat young employees the way they do and get away with it. Someday, maybe Idaho labor laws won't be so lax and these owners will get whats coming to them.

I have been buying and selling childrens clothes here for several years. They sell very good quality clothing items at fair prices. They are very stringent on the items that they take into their stock and I appreciate that. I have never been disappointed with anything that I've purchased. They have a HUGE stock of baby items and maternity clothing but just a smally stock of clothing for older kids.

I have been coming to Other Mothers for several years now. I like the whole concept of swapping the clothes my children no longer wears for new ones. THats how they work;; you ca bring in you baby items and clothes-- from cribs, swings, carseats, to baby and children clothes, maternity clothes, toys ans even some diapers!-- and sell them to the store. You can choose cash, or store credit- but they give you a little more for store credit. So everything here is gently used. They have very strict guidelines on what they except. No stains, tears, or worn spots. I bought many clothes and shoes here for my girls, and a snugli carrier. They have just about everything you could need. The even have a little play room for the kids to be in while you shop! Come here for your kids' needs!
