The Hurless Brothers (yes, both actually work there) are probably the most respected German auto mechanics in the TV. And with good reason. I went in there for a sensor light. After a quick diagnosis, they determined that my low tire pressure sensor light being on was due to the fact that I had low tire pressure. Go figure! Instead of charging me for my stupidity, they simply filled it up and sent me on my way. But not before diagnosing another problem and fixing that, too...free of charge. Highly recommend for anyone with a BMW or Volvo.

Every time I come in for a suggested repair by them they always seem to find something else wrong. I have also brought my car in multiple times and get it back and have to bring it back in because it was not fixed correctly, three times to be exact. Always expect to wait 30 minutes or more when you come to pick up your car. I would give them a ranking of 2 out of 10. I wish I could recommend someone else but I am still in search of good repair shop for BMW's.

I had my timing belt serviced at Hurless on my 1998 Volvo v70 and both Brett and Todd were great. 9,000 miles later however my belt slipped due to a bad tensioner and each intake rod was bent. They worked with me the best they could. Although I felt like the tensioner should have shown some signs of wear requiring replacement at the time of service they said it did not. Due to its failure, it caused an additional 2K+ in damage. Now with that said, I do not feel like they were trying to cover up any poor service or mechanic work. I honestly believe that the tensioner went out without warning. Todd made it as easy on my wallet as he could. Regardless of the time it took to get the car back and the questions on the tensioner, I will still continue to rely on Hurless for any major work on my Volvo. Pros: Knowlegable staff Cons: Tough to get in - everyone wants them to work on their Volvo.

These are the most honest & trustworthy guys in the car repair business. A woman going to a mechanic is often an opportunity for a shop to fast talk us into spending more than we should. I've been taking my cars to Hurless Brothers for over twenty years and have never been treated with anything but respect. It's the little things; like not billing extra for on the spot fixes and always vacuming my car and washing the windows that bring me back again and again. The care and attention my cars recieve and the savings over the dealer's pricing makes them the only choice for me. Thank you, Brett & Todd

This is an absolutely fantastic car repair place. If you drive an Audi, Volvo, any european car, this is where you should go to get it fixed. Now, the catch, it's damn hard to get an appointment. They are always fully booked up to like two or three weeks in advance. This alone speaks highly for their service, but can be a major inconvenience. If you can get in, they provide great service, with a courteous, knowledgeable staff. If not, better luck next time.

Or Mercedes or BMW. Hurless Brothers has all the qualities of an excellent mechanics shop: top-notch mechanics, excellent service, reasonable prices, and a willingness to explain repairs to the customer. We had our Volvo serviced there for years, and were always pleased with the quality of the work. Enough so that we drove 20 miles (one-way) to have them work on our car.
