Alice was a satisfactory lawyer. She was friendly and had a nice office. My biggest issue was that she took a long time to complete things. I had to call many times to find out the status of our case, and then when I received the bill I found she had billed us for those calls! She did adjust our bill at the end, as I had issues with many of the charges. I would not use her again.
