Azuma has a good representation of Japanese art. Its a small little gallery south of pineer square, with in walking distance. The owner is a Japanese who immigrated here and goes back and forth - meaning the art is genuine japanese, not by an American trying to do japanese art - this is an important differance. You can also buy of course. The pricing is negotiable but they are high.

You can find a lot of out of print and hard to find books here. Prices are reasonable. Located next to the Black Diamond Bakery. Grab something to eat and fill up a fun afternoon.

I am not very impressed with Black Diamond Automotive. We had some car repairs done here and it took days for our car to be fixed and gotten back to us. They eventually found what was wrong and fixed it, but if you're looking for a speedy repair, this is not a good place to go.

i was on my way to some of the trails out here and found a splendid country style treat. i had a hearty omlette and my husband had a turkey, cranberry sandwich. everything was wonderful and the owner was sweet enough to explain and show us the oven when we brought our group back.
will definately come back.

The Black Diamond bakery and restaurant is located in the small town of Black Diamond. It is definately worth a visit! It is a down-home style restaurant with generous portions. Their breakfasts are delicious, and they have good sandwiches on their lunch menu (no dinner offered). If you plan to visit on the weekend morning, make sure you have a reservation.

The people at BDBikes are great. They were open to looking at my BOB stroller: inflated the tires, tuned up my brakes and told me what I needed up front. Couldn't expect better service and am willing to go back there for all my needs. Oh yeah, the prices were reasonable.

The Black Diamond Library is a very small library. They have everything you need, just not very much of it- a little fiction, non-fiction, a few computers, magazines and a nice section of books for kids. The library feels welcoming and cozy. There are programs and story times for kids and toddlers. This is a good library to pick up holds from or to visit if you live close by. Otherwise, it might not too small for what you want.
