Dining at "Rosa's" was an awsome experience. We had a wonderful experience. The mood, service and the authentic Italian food made from scratch was unbelievable. Well worth the drive to Bisbee for the great food.

I was velentines day and four of us wanted to eat at Roka Cafe and were VERY rudely kicked out of the restuarant. We walked down to Santiago's and heard live music, looked in the window and saw a room full of smiling faces! We ordered a drink in the bar while waiting for a table within minutes we were sat. Our service was a 5 out of 5 and the food was as well. The tableside quacamole was incredible and the tacos we wonderful. We had the best mexican desserts around. Overall this is a fantasic restuarant, we will sure be back next time. Thank you to all for making our valentines day a treat!!!

Easily some of the best food, and most meticulously prepared meals I've ever had. Of the three dishes ordered; duck, lamb, and salmon, only the salmon was approaching only very good, rather than excellent, which is to be expected of eating fish in the desert. All the food was excellently plated, and the sorbets were fresh. I want to use exquisite and sumptuous as my only adjectives in this review; well worth the price if you're in town and can get a table.

It's hard to imagine a world-class place in small Bisbee, but it's there. The Bisbee Breakfast Club is probably the best breakfast we have had. The decor is very interesting in a good way. The place is packed so expect to wait. They were getting ready to expand when we visited here is 2007. The worst thing about the Breakfast Club is trying to find it (it is east of the big mine pit) and their hours - they are closed mid-week.
