There are so few reviews available. Just wanted to throw in an opinion about the hair salon Sanctuary. Todd the owner does so much self promotion and now with the website salonfly.com you would think they are the best place for hair care, color, and style in town. I found it ironic that the 'Style Guy' article written by the owner of Sanctuary was all about tipping and even a tidbit on tipping the owner and letting your stylist know if you've tipped the apprentices. I used to go there. I gave Todd Cargo a full year to get my hair right. I finally stopped going there when others started commenting on how bad I looked and my tiger stripes. I'm a generous tipper wherever I go. Never less than 20%. What I found at Sanctuary the more I tipped the more people had their hand in my hair. No exageration, i'd have two different people shampooing, 2 'apprentices blow drying' and the Stylist. He's even have an apprentice apply my tiger stripes. What a joke that place is. I'm not the only one that thinks that. I think they have to advertise so much because they don't have dedicated clientele. I'm a member of a large number of former users of that salon.
