This is one of the best stores in Birmingham, they have the cutest toys. They have a lot of things that are "old-fashioned", the kind of toys that Wal-Mart should carry but doesn't. You can get lost in this place, it's not very big, but it is fascinating.
Prices vary, some things are pricey, some things are more than reasonable.
Customer Service is great.

Goodys has a huge selection of clothes and shoes for everyone in the family. Goody's has a very nice plus size clothing department.
The prices are always reasonable and not over-priced like the big mall stores.

I love this store!! They carry everything you need to make your wardrobe complete and the best thing about it is that you won't be broke when you get home. They carry mens, womens, juniors, and childrens clothes. They have brand name items for half of the retail price. They get new stuff every week. You will never leave this place empty handed!

I do most of my weekly grocery shopping at Sam's Club. I have 4 children so buying at Sam's is very smart for me. I purchase ground chuck at 1.59 per lb and can buy twice as much at Sams than at the grocery store for way less. 3 lbs of bagged salad is $2.99 and cheaper than grocery store, milk is over $1.00 per gallon cheaper, eggs are cheaper...frozen chicken....OH I can go on and on.
I spend WAY less and get more food at Sams than at the regular grocery store.

This Sam's Club has the best selection of products of all the Sam's clubs in the area. It's about twice as large as most Sams and laid out a bit different. If you are used to the way most Sam's are laid out it might throw you for a loop at first. It is also the newest Sam's so it is still in it's perfect beginning condition. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of and no matter where you park it doesn't seem like you are too far away from the door as you feel in Hoover.

This is the oldest Sams location in the city. I can remember shopping at this Sams when I was a child. I grew up an hour away and a trip to Sam's club was a huge event. Oh the wonderful memories I have of this store. To this day it is still one of the most well kept Sam's Clubs in the area. It is always in stock and usually has a few items that the other stores don't carry. It's in a fairly decent location and is easy to navigate. They will be moving this store to the old Eastwood mall in about a year. I'm not sure if I will go there as I don't believe that area to be the safest.
