I recently went to David's Bridal to purchase a wedding dress. I also purchased my brides maid dresses there. My experience on several occasions was not at all pleasant. First i felt like i was doing them a disfavor by being there to buy something and I finally found the dress that I wanted. It had to be altered. This was fine except for the fact that they did the alterations incorrectly. After they had corrected their mistake and I had taken the dress home I realized that they had not sewn the seam in correctly and there was a big hole in it. I had to take the dress to be fixed but this time I did not go back to them. And to top it all off...When I went to pick up the bridesmaid dresses I waited for over an hour for them to find them. This place is probly the worst place that I have ever shopped at and I strongly recommend finding another place to go because some times it is better to spend a little more money and know that the people actually care than to be treated badly!!!

A few months ago, my daughter was asked to the prom. We don't have alot of money so I figured the cost of a prom dress was going to really set us back. We visited stores all over town looking for "the dress". We found that some of the consignment store prices in our area were about the same as new. We visited Davids Bridal and tried on dress after dress after dress to make sure that we had "the one". My daughter found a beautiful dress and it did not cost a fortune. Davids was very pleasant to deal with, had just a HUGE selection of dresses and was a great experience. My daughter is pictured on my picture area of JB wearing her black prom dress.

My daughter and I went to Davids Bridal to check out some prom dresses for her. We were welcomed at the door by a receptionist and then were welcomed by a sales person who basically was there when we needed her but did not follow us around or pressure us at all. There were hundreds and hundreds of dresses to choose from and of course, we found the perfect prom gown for my daughter. The prices are good and the service was fantastic.
