this store has the best selection of name brand furniture anywhere! While there are slightly distressed pieces and floor samples, they have a great selection of brand new regular stock furniture too! I can't wait to check out their Ultimate Outlet at the downtown store!

The materials at Mazer's is hard to rate. Some of it is excellent but some is very inferior. We loved the scratched refrigerator but had to return the vanity for defects. This meant a 100 mile trip for us... so, no savings after all. Even the discount prices didn't cover the travel costs.

Searching for a new mattress and box springs was a very daunting task for me. Happily, the staff at Bedzzz Express mad this miserable job more pleasant. There is plenty of convenient parking, and the sales staff asked what I was looking for, directed me to some choices, then allowed me to bounce up and down on any beds I wanted, for as long as I wanted. They answered all questions concerning longevity, cleanliness, etc. Once I named a price range with which I was happy, they didn't try to upsell me, either. I was very happy with my experience, especially the free frame and free delivery they offer. The bed showed up, on schedule, and the workmen were in and out in less than 10 minutes, leaving me with my new box spring and mattress. Highly recommended.

We had prefabricated cabinets installed in our house and have been very satisfied with the cabinets themselves. The installation was a little sloppy and uneven in spots. They were quick to remedy that problem.

This location of Hancock closest to the Galleria has the largest selection of fabric and trims of all the Hancocks in the area. I was delighted to find an 8 foot selection of appliques. The most I had seen at the other stores was a maximum of two feet. I was very happy to be able to purchase all the appliques I needed for the current sewing projects.
