Good: I loved my hairdresser. He was a good listener and put me at ease from the getgo. He seemed very educated.. Bad: Price, but quality was there. I guess in this day and time it would be great to find something cheaper.. Improvements: I wish they had had cokes but they did offer me hot tea, which was nice.. Other: Really thought the people were real nice. Seemed like they went out of their way to make me feel comforterable..

Just moved to Birmingham and am extremely particular about my hair. The service at Hair Reflections is superb! I felt like I was at a salon in New York! The owner, Rose, took a personal interest in giving me the prettiest color I have ever had and a hair design that I absolutely love! Services are spectacular, the salon is very cutting edge, the people are friendly and professional! This will definitely be my "new salon!" It's worth every penny!

I used to go to Hair Reflections....I loved it at first, but they were always trying to sell you their products, and my haircut always looked the same...No matter how I asked it to be cut, it was never quite right....They almost ruined my daughters hair with their coloring too....Always wanted to try something wierd, like red and blonde chunks....Aweful.....It was not worth the money they charged to me..I am now going to a wonderful salon, where they know what they are doing, and I am pleased everytime I go... The name of it is SoHo Salon....Fantastic Place to go!!!!!!! F.H.

This is by far the best salon I have ever been a customer of. The service is great and you leave looking like a million bucks. The prices are on the high side, but if you choose a junior stylist, it is a lower price for your hair cut. They even have a color bar! I do not think that they offer manicures, but they certainly do anything you could possibly want done to your hair. The Summit location is also more convenient than the old one.

I must agree with CV the salon employees friendly professional stylists. Appointments are easy to get and if you walk in they will tell you almost to the minute how long a wait you will have before they can get to you. The senior stylist charge more but they do such a wonderful job you won't mind paying the difference to look good. Junior stylists offer services at a discount price and after watching the clients who leave the junior stylist side I am considering giving them a try next time. Check out the prices of their salon products while there. This is a good addition to the shopping center.

Hair Reflections just moved to the Summit shopping center. The new salon is awesome! The hair stylists are great and everyone is friendly and professional. The salon has two sides, one with the senior stylists which is more expensive, and one with the junior stylists which is lower in price. This is kind of a high priced salon, but you really get what you pay for here. They are always on top of the latest styles. I am a cheapskate on most things, but I don't trust my hair to bargain salon chains. My favorite stylist is Casi Vaughn, but everyone I have tried there is great. They also have their own line of hair products, which I also really like. Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment because they are popular, so make sure you call in advance if you plan on going.
