I have to give them 2 stars. They did return calls after a couple of attempts but: 1. couldn't come out in March to give me an estimate in which i later found out from other paving companies to be between 15-20k in work. Their explanation was they hadn't rented equipment yet and was gearing up for the season...ok 2. Wanted them to seal the aggregate patio, walkway (done by another company) and asphalt driveway (May). Albert Inc says they don't seal concrete because its slippery (he clearly didn't know about non slip additives that can be added ). When I told him about it, he said they can't seal old walkways and patios. When I said it was 3 weeks old. He still said no but they would do our driveway. Considering the company that did the patio and walkway is totally willing to seal it themselves, this company just doesn't want to work. I ended up using a Baltimore company to install my new patio and walkway and am looking for a local/Bethesda company to maintain it and set up a service contract. Abert Inc. is weird.

Albert Paving is the neighborhood pavement group. They are good at what they do, and they have a nice selection of pavement and stones (they have some new Brazilian stone they're pushing). The trouble is getting them to do it. We made an appointment, but they never showed up. This went on for weeks. Eventually, they're here, and do a great job. So try to get them, but don't fret if they don't come. Find another place then.
