I am sorry, but when I read her bad press I just had to speak up. Dr. Wiczer did my veneers, and my son's broken front teeth. She has an artists eye! The problem is...there aren't 10 of her.

Fabulous dentist especially in cosmetics. Very busy though, book ahead six weeks for fillings. Reasonable fees as well as caring. I recommend her.

I would not recommend this office. Staff are friendly etc but I have no confidence in the dental work that is performed here. I had a lot of problems with a straightforward crown. The porcelain crowns are terrible whoever they subcontract to. Offices are cramped and dirty.

I agree with the other comments - the front desk service is the worst I have ever seen. I have had trouble with them since making my first appointment 3 years ago. I too am looking for a new dentist. Dr. Wiczer is very nice, but getting to see her can make you crazy with frustration!

It took me several tries to even make an appointment with this dental office. No one would pick up the phone and it made me wonder if the office was even open. There was no front desk service when I went there. I had to wait a while for a hygienist/technician to come and asked me if I were a new patient. I was given different forms, which contained inconsistent info, to sign. I asked about the $10 "Sterilization Surcharge" mentioned on the agreement, which I never had to with other dentists, and was told that it has been raised to $12. Maybe if i didn't ask I'd have been charged $10, instead? The surcharge cost almost as much as my co-pay and raised my out-of-pocket price to double what I used to pay. The cleaning was done with minimal work and I didn't think was thorough (compared to my prior experiences). I am now looking to find yet another dentist.
