I have taken all of my cars to this shop for repair and it has saved me lots of money. I don't know much about cars but I can call with the symptoms and my car would be cured. I have referred tons of family and friends and they are satisfied with the service and the turn around time is good. I highly recommend if you need quality and affordable repairs for your car. This honda dealership has a good number of new and pre-owned vehicles on their inventory. I was looking for pre-owned and I was impressed. They always have a good list of Accord,Civic Odyssey, Accura available. This dealership is really different because they do not Increase the price and label it. They have a price which very well goes with Kellys blue book value. So they are not ready for bargains like other dealershiip. I think they are fair and they also have a internet special which can be found on their website.

You can start doing this by never taking your car to Ourisman Ford in Bethesda, MD! I guess they think since Bethesda, MD is a high end community, full of Lawyers and Doctors, they can get away with charging an arm and a leg for stuff that doesn't even need to get fixed! They WILL charge you just to find out what is wrong with your car, and then to fix it. I have never seen an auto shop charge for an evaluation, unless nothing needs to be fixed. Even if you are ok with that, what they charge is out the roof compared to other shops. Do not take your car here! Forget about getting your car on time, they will offer countless excuses till you are sitting there till closing time.. and then you're lucky to get your car back that day. Watch out, they will also change your original estimate, without consent, and charge you much more!

The service deptartment opens at 7:00, but the technicians don't start work until 8:00! (Duh!) We took our Escape to Ourisman where we purchased the vehicle because it failed DMV's emission test. Ourisman supposedly fixed the emission problem, but the vehicle failed the emission test the second time around. So, back to Ourisman - as an angry customer.

We bought our Volvo 850 here almost ten years ago. Needless to say the car is great, and so is their service. They gave us a nice price on the floor model. They have a full selection and relatively human salesmen. Martens prices are about average, and you could probably find a better deal if you wished to got to Pennsylvania, etc. Repairs are quick and easy.

We have purchased two cars -- and done two trade ins -- with Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. And I try to make sure that I'm well prepared and set the terms of the dealing to my advantage. This dealership has done what I've asked and done the dealing they way I wanted to.
Before I buy, I know exactly what model and trim package I want. I let the salesperson know that I will purchase that car within the next week. I tell them they can bid for the business but they should only quote the final bottomline price -- after all charges, taxes, and even license tags. Then I tell them I will be calling three dealerships -- two in the DC metro area and one 90 miles away. They have one opportunity to quote a price.
In both instances, Coleman either matched or beat the best price that I could get through this approach to putting the pressure on them rather than on me as the buyer.
I have also used Coleman's service department and, on one occassion, the body shop at the Coleman Cadillac dealership next door. I have been satisfied with all the work they've done. However, I don't use them for routine oil changes and such as their prices seem high and they are not THAT convenient for me.
