it does not matter how minor the repair may be, it will require multiple trips. the service department is nasty. i have had 3 "service reps" LOL in the 2+ years of having my car serviced at chevy chase chevy service department. the service department is run very poorly....at the end of the day just not worth the headaches. Pros: location Cons: customer service and poor quality
