There's nothing special here, just a typical 7eleven. This one is in a convenient location, on the way home from Danbury a little off the highway. Great if you need to get something quick or if you don't want to go to the Big Y.

A New Beginning has a tasteful atmosphere and is a very stylish place; it is a cut above the typical hair salon.
I did have one bad hair cut there, but the owner, who is definitely the best, did fix it as it grew out free of charge.
It has gotten difficult to get appointments with the stylist of choice, and it is a bit pricey.

A cute theater in the middle of Bethel (right off the green) which seems to have good deals, although there are limited showings. They have senior prices, and some nights are buy one get one free or ladies night, where Ladies get in 1/2 price. Check your local newspaper for listings and prices.

Personally, I get tired of the Stop & Shop and Shoprite same setup in stores across the country - and I really like Bethel Food Market. They food seems a lot fresher than in the chain grocery stores, and of the employees are so friendly and helpful. They have great meats, veggies and seafood in my opinion. Although they may be slightly higher in prices than the other stores - I think it is worth it for the quality.

My grandmother went here after a stroke and we found it wonderful. They were very good at updating families and keeping us involved in her treatment. She also liked them as well and said many good things about all of the nurses (although her roommate snored).
They also had quite good food (if that is important to you) and they allowed family members to come and join the patient for meals, which I thought was wonderful.
