From start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Stacy was courteous and knowledgeable and called me to make an appointment within an hour of receiving my online inquiry. The technician, Jason was prompt, courteous and professional. This was an excellent, service experience and smooth install. The install took less than an hour and Jason explained clearly how to maintain the central vac system and the importance of sending in the warranty information. He cleaned up afterward and was very thorough. I was so relaxed during this project that I was actually smiling through it! Unheard of with home repair service! I highly recommend Cyclone Home Systems! Thank you

I had an old security system in my house installed by another company that raised their prices. I called Cyclone and they came out within 3 days to take over the system, and they had the lowest price out there! I then learned that they do home audio as well - I got quoted for a full system that they're putting in next month. Their company was very helpful, and very professional and I would feel comfortable using them for anything. They definitely are a one stop shop! Pros: good service, good product, friendly people Cons: only two locations!
