I have been away for some time grew up here most of my life brought my new family back here to visit and keep telling my wife we need to stop here this is where i grew up well upon entering i have notice That R has did some major renovation in the store looks great had dinner food was awesome and the service top notchas I remembered I do recall a friend of mine saying That Athens had some bad times a while back to to quality of help but after i went there and had my meal it seems all is great again as I spoke to my friend he to has been going there at least 2 times a week and he said its great to have the old Athens back great job Rich you truly care about this town and your restaurant great job keep up the good work and remember your kids are only small once take care of them don't worry what any one says food, restaurant and staff are great I wish other owner operators would take note

This small local town store has the best meat department in the area. The cuts are fresh, prices are just right and the Lisai family has been in business for this community for ever. They are community driven family that cares about their neighbors and provides quality product. Fresh vegetables and fruits are also their strong suit.
Parking is poor, noticeable because everyone is shopping for their fresh cut meats. They also provide packages for very reasonable prices.

This is the only local store that has quality merchandise. However it is priced higher for that reason. If you want camping or sporting goods, this is the place to go. Great trendy styles for kids, men and women. However, there is nothing for the larger of any of those groups. So if you are over the weight limit, stick with the boots and shoes.
I think you will find that the Army and Navy stores in Keene,NH and Brattleboro have more of a selection.
The parking is terrible in Bellows Falls, which limits finding a parking space close by.

This is a handmade quality jewelry. I love their work. However, it is not cheap. Gold or Silver, the gems are beautiful. I asked them to make a pair of gold ear rings to my specifications and they were perfect. They also have watches, celtic designed jewelry, pottery and New England photo art. I think they are wonderful and worth going to them first for your own design needs. Here, you really do get what you pay for and more.

He is the state of Vermont auditor for gosh sakes. He has to be good, to handle the entire state. Tom is a down to earth, community leader. He is still one that believes in community activities and the small town helpfulness to others. I would always recommend Tom Salmon. He is trusting and pleasant, yet, professional in his job.

Very professional, always up to date on the new tax laws , They work with the clients and provide accurate and uncomplicated explainations to, at times, confusing tax laws. This is a smaller pizza place in Bellows Falls area but has a great taste in its product. I would recommend them for grab and go and take out and delivery also. The pizza shop is much smaller than the competitors dining area. It doesn't have the same atmosphere. But, it is a small town, neighborhood feel to it and the food is good and the price is cheaper than the competitor. So it depends on what you want, atmosphere or grab and go.

Nice family fun restaurant. Beautiful view of the river and nice atmosphere. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The food is delicious and well worth it. They have a buffet on the weekend and it is plentiful for the prices. I recommend a dinner for two, over looking the river. Candle light and quiet area. Take out is quick and easy. I really enjoyed my experience. A must if you like Chinese food.

This is a convenience store with everything you may need on a quick stop. Coffee, beverages of the like. Gas station attached. Snack foods. I believe the Jiffy Mart next door provides more to the customers and the same prices. Not sure how fresh some of the products are, so I'd stick with just the things that don't easily spoil and you won't be disappointed.
